Browse through our virtual store and select the items your dog needs to live the life it deserves. Once an item is placed into your cart, it is possible to remove it at any time. You can also save your cart for up to 24 hours if needed.

At no time will we ever ask for your banking details.

When you have finished shopping for your dog, finalise your order, being sure to fill in all the required fields.

When you are done, the order is sent to us, and we in turn send you an invoice with payment instructions. Once we have received your payment, your order is despatched.

All parcels are sent via the Post Office. Items are packaged and handed in at the Post Office, which takes approximately 3-4 working days to arrive. You will receive a tracking code so you may follow the parcel while in transit.
